Registering for a Library Card
To register for a Library Card, anyone 16 years of age or older, is required to show a picture ID.
Anyone under the age of 16 registering for a Library Card must have his or her application signed by a parent or a guardian.
Registration is free and allows patrons access to items within the Finger Lakes Library System (FLLS).
To replace a lost or a damaged card, there is a charge of $1.oo
Registering for Computer Use
Anyone under the age of 16 is required to have a permission slip signed by a parent or a guardian in order to gain access to the computers. The permission slip must be signed at the Library.
Anyone 16 years and older must be a patron of the Waterloo Library and have his or her library card present in order to log into the computers.
In order to use the computers, all fines must be paid and there cannot be any over dues on the patron account.
